Grand Master Robert Castro “GM Castro,” is the founder of ESKABO DAAN, a Filipino Martial Art – a San Francisco based school.

Eskabo Daan is a weapons based system (knife and sticks) which incorporates empty hand techniques as well as joint locking techniques. For those of us who practice the art of Aikido, the joint locks techniques are readily recognizable.

GM Castro first made his first appearance during the annual Pasadena Aikikai Friendship Seminar of December 2012. Based on the numerous inquiries and demand, Pasadena Aikikai will begin hosting an ongoing quarterly seminar with GM Castro along with one of his top students, Master Joseph Bautista (seen on 2 photos above taking ukemi).

Ray Feliciano is also a student of GM Castro.

NO PREVIOUS MARTIAL ARTS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. ALL STYLES ARE WELCOME.
